What this is
Anything can be made now. A face, a voice, a person.
This is one image of a million pixels. Each pixel is one human, proven alive at the moment they were captured.
Where the photo goes
Nowhere. The frame is read by the camera, checked for depth and motion on the phone, reduced to one average colour in linear light, and dropped. No image, no face embedding and no identifier is sent anywhere. What leaves the phone is a colour, a proof that the app was genuine, a proof that the device had not already claimed, and a country.
The rule
One pixel per phone, free, and never more than one. Not one per person: proving a person unique would mean storing a biometric template, and that is a cost this work is not willing to carry.
Why plates
The image is built in a hundred plates of ten thousand. One is open at a time. When it fills it seals forever, and only then does the next open. Being in plate 1 is worth more than being in plate 40, permanently.
